Who are we?

W H Fisher & Associates, P. A. was established on October 2, 1992 as an independent adjusting and appraisal company to provide service on over the road and off road heavy equipment assignments, cargo claims and non-injury liability claims and investigations.

It specializes in the handling of any type heavy equipment assignment and commercial transportation related claims involving commercial auto and inland marine coverages to such exposures.  This includes knowledge of different repair procedures and techniques in the industry for proper repair applications and the ability to evaluate the damaged property and assist in determining the applied coverage that may be involved.

The employees of W H Fisher & Associates, P. A. are qualified individuals with the necessary training to access the damage to over the road tractors and trailers, the different types of equipment and have the knowledge that is needed to determine the fair amounts of damages and values of this equipment and over the road tractors and trailers.

Our goal is to provide a service to the industry that is fair to all parties concerned by determining fair values of the property and repair cost including the disposition of salvage that may be involved.  We can perform needed investigations that may be needed to assist in the origin and cause of incidents and assist in possible subrogation possibilities.

We are licensed in the States of South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia to handle claims and appraisals. We are members of the NTHECC (National Heavy Equipment Claims Council).

W H Fisher & Associates, P. A. has been providing this service to the industry for the past 27 years and is licensed and insured to perform the duties that the industry may need.
